Automated Systems

The ArgusON platform incorporates an industry leading alarm and trouble ticket management system. Site alarms are immediately transmitted to the NOC, categorized based upon severity, and the appropriate resolution procedures are followed.

Communications Infrastructure

The ArgusON NOC is supported by redundant fiber communications connections from multiple carriers and is connected to a standby generator in the event of commercial power failure.

Trained Staff

The ArgusON NOC is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with technically trained support personnel. They provide remote trouble resolution assistance, site access control, continuous site performance assessment and many other tasks required by individual customers.
