The ArgusON Technical Support Department is comprised of a group of Technical Support Analysts (TSA) that have been trained to troubleshoot all ArgusON equipment. Our on-premise equipment lab enables all TSA’s to simulate virtually any reported equipment issue and recommend the appropriate and most efficient steps necessary to repair the equipment during a call.
